Returns
If you find your dress is
in any way faulty, we will replace it without question. Send it back within
7 days
(by mail, at your cost) stating the fault and we will replace it with another.
We can only accept non faulty returned dresses that have not been worn, are not damaged
and are free of any smoke, perfume or body odours etc.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept dresses with a thong or panty.
The dress must not be creased up and be in its original packaging in a
saleable condition. We are unable to refund any item returned in an
unacceptable condition.
Before retuning the dress please send an
email
stating your name and our order number on the packet then
return the dress to:

Refunds may take up to 14 days.
Re-sending Packages
All orders are dispatched by US
Mail. If they are unable to get an answer at your door, they will leave
a card requesting you to collect from their local depot.
If you don't collect within 5 days,
they will send the package back to the warehouse. There is a charge of
$5.95 to re-send the package to you.
Please use the original PayPal account that you
used to order your dress.
